It was published in year 1965 after his death. If you look up the chapter on Multiplication and the method has been used in both arithmetical and algebraic operation more than once. Some may argue that ours is not based on Vedas or it should not be called as Vedic mathematics. Yes, one may differ with the nomenclature but the fact is we the Indians used these methods of multiplication well before others. Vedic Maths or Fast Maths or Speed Maths is so popular after publishing works of Bharati Tirtha Swamiji. It is so popular not only in India but rest of the world. In London some schools started teaching Vedic Maths. . I request you to intervene and take up this matter with US copyright office to stop patent given to Albert Clay.
